Judy Camp

We are excited to announce that Judy Camp has joined Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. She is primarily responsible for implementing our company’s growth and business development plans.

Judy has been our Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Regional Manager for the past two years. During that time she has watched the improvements the company has made, often as a result of her suggestions and coaching. In fact, the numbers we are seeing reported at our Tuesday sales meetings about the market trends and the growth of our company can be credited to the hard work of our associates taking advantage of Prudential Real Estate’s tools, programs and training.

Judy is an important asset to our senior management team, and we know all of our agents will benefit from her training and coaching background as they work to grow their personal production.

We are fortunate that Judy has agreed to join Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. She loves Santa Fe, and has a great vision for the future of our company. I know Judy will look forward to meeting and working with the real estate community in Santa Fe.

Chuck McKinley

Chuck is the Qualifying Broker of Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate. Chuck was born in Colorado and is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He spent a number of years in retail before becoming a real estate broker. He and his wife Candy moved to Santa Fe in 1984. He sold real estate for several years before becoming the Qualifying Broker of a large real estate firm in Santa Fe in 1996. One of the professional joys he experiences is in helping to enable brokers to grow in their knowledge and expertise for the benefit of their clients and their career development.

Problem solving is inherent in what his job requires and moving clients forward to achieve their goals gives enormous satisfaction. Chuck firmly believes that knowledge is power and spends the majority of his days answering questions – “I have never been asked a stupid question.” There is a solution to every problem and what a Qualifying Broker does is to work to help the parties find the solution that allows all to win.

Chuck enjoys gardening and travel to tropical places and spends a good amount of his spare time with his dog and wife enjoying the special city in which he lives.
